Chart of the Week (Follow Up)

Last week’s Chart of the Week was the yield on 10 year Treasury bonds.  See figure 1, a weekly chart.

Yields have yet to close above the 1.176 level on a weekly closing basis.  As our bond model is bullish, I would view this as a good low risk entry to bet against yields (i.e., expecting higher bond prices).

We also had a bonus Chart of the Week last week and this was copper.  I interpreted as bearish and the price action was exactly that.  I remain bearish on copper.  See our Chart Book for greater details.
